Iraqis abroad can use int’l IDs to vote

BAGHDAD /Iraqi News Iraqis living abroad can use international documents for identification as part of the voting process for Iraqis living outside Iraq. “Voting abroad will start on Friday, March 5, 2010,” Miqdad al-Sharefi, an electoral official, told Aswat al-Iraaq news agency on Thursday.
