Jaafary calls clergymen to fight corruption

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The head of the Iraqi National Alliance called the clergymen to fight corruption.

A statement by INA received by IraqiNews.com cited “Jaafary received a delegation of clergymen at his office in Baghdad on Tuesday.”

“Jaafary urges the clergymen to assume their leading responsibilities in fighting corruption,” the statement added.

“Jaafary stressed the necessity of urging people to adhere to the instructions of the Religious Authority regarding the elections,” the statement concluded.
