Jobouri denies his withdrawal from Ahrar bloc

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) MP, Jawad al-Jobouri, of Ahrar bloc denied the reports over his withdrawal from Ahrar bloc.

He stated to Iraqi News (IraqiNews.com) “Ahrar bloc is a national project that has vivid aims like the unity of Iraq and serving the Iraqis comes through neglecting the partisan interests and giving the priority to the national supreme interests.”

“The bloc adhered to the its leadership represented by the Religious Authority, Mohamed Sadiq al-Sadr and the head of the Sadr Trend, Muqtada al-Sadr, who calls us to work for all the Iraqis without discrimination,” he mentioned.

“We warn from the sides that attempt to target this national bloc and confirm that such reports are groundless,” he concluded.

Some media outlets mentioned that Jobouri withdrew from Ahrar bloc.
