Khuzayi, Diyala Governor discuss security situation, service in province

Diyala (IraqiNews.com) The Vice-President, Khudair al-Khuzayi, and the Governor of Diyala, Omar Aziz al-Himyari, discussed the means of upgrading the security situation and the services in the province.

A statement by Khuzayi’s office received by IraqiNews.com cited “Khuzayi stressed the importance of depending on the qualified companies in rebuilding the province.”

“He confirmed the support of the Central Government for Diyala and giving it the priority due to what the province suffered from terrorism during the last stage,” the statement added.

“For his part, Himyari praised the CG’s support in all aspects expressing his gratitude to Khuzayi for his concern for the province,” the statement concluded.
