Ki-moon, Presidents of World and Islamic Banks arrive in Baghdad on official visit

(IraqiNews.com) Baghdad – On Saturday the Secretary General of the United Nations, World Bank President and Islamic Bank President arrived in Baghdad on an official visit to discuss several political issues and supporting the Iraqi economy.
An informed source said in a statement received by IraqiNews.com, “UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon and the Presidents of the World Bank and Islamic Bank arrived, before noon today, in Baghdad on an official visit,” noting that, “They were received by the Foreign Minister Ibrahim al-Jaafari at Baghdad International Airport.”
The statement added, “Ki-moon and the Presidents of the World and Islamic banks will visit the Iraqi parliament to meet a number of officials and discuss several political and economic issues.”
