Legal Expert: Legitimacy of Diyala Government depends on FC’s final resolution

Diyala (IraqiNews.com) The Legal Expert, Mohamed al-Samarayi, said that the legitimacy of Diyala Local Government depends on the final resolution of the Federal Court.

He stated to IraqiNews.com “The legal situation of all the key posts will remain uncertain till the issuance of the Federal Court according to Article 4 of the FC’s law No. 30 in 2005.”

“If the Administrative Court approved the FC’s resolution, Diyala Local Government will be illegitimate,” he concluded.
