Mashadani calls to adopt legal procedures to investigate corruption

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The Former Speaker of the Parliament, Mahmoud al-Mashadani, called the Sunni Endowment and the Integrity Commission to adopt legal procedures in corruption cases instead of exchanging accusations.

Mashadani stated to IraqiNews.com ”The corruption file are so sensitive issues in the Sunni Endowment since it reflect the sect of the Endowment and the Presidency of Sunni Endowment should adopt legal procedures and official investigations in such cases.”

”The Court should consider the sensitivity of this matter and official concerned institutions within the Integrity Commission should handle settling these cases in order to preserve public funds,” he concluded
