MP assures sending Unified Retirement law to parliament next week

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) MP, Hussein al-Shirifi, of al-Ahrar bloc within the Sadr Trend announced that the Unified Retirement law will be sent to the parliament next week.

In a press statement received by IraqiNews.com, he said “There are many issues in this law draft such as the Jihad service pensions,” noting that “This service is a new term that will raise many disputes and will be a way for corruption and wasting the public fund.”

“This article will be amended at the parliament and the law draft will be endorsed in the current year,” he concluded.
