MP describes Political Majority Government as “Best option in next stage”

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) MP, Abdul Salam al-Maliki, of the State of Law Coalition assured that the political majority government is the best option to be adopted in the next stage after the upcoming Parlaimentary elections.

He stated to IraqiNews.com “The statements of the Premier, Nouri al-Maliki during his last speech were clear concerning the tendency to adopt the majority government after the next Parlaimentary elections as a constitutional right regardless the refusal or the approval of the political blocs.”

“The SLC will work seriously to overcome crises that some sides try to create to ensure the progress of the Iraqi State,” he added.

“The SLC method is clear in correcting the mistakes done during the former stage,” he mentioned.

It is worth mentioning that Maliki called during his speech in Najaf province for conducting early elections, stressed that the political stability in Iraq will be achieved only by forming a government of political majority.
