MP: Political disputes behind foreign interferences

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) MP Najeeb Abdullah, of the Kurdistani Islamic Union, confirmed that “The political disputes and the lack of trust among the political sides are behind the foreign interferences.”

He stated to Iraqi News (IraqiNews.com) “The political sides are affiliated to the countries that interfere in the Iraqi affairs,” without referring to these countries.

“Some Iraqi officials’ visits to these countries come within the course of these interferences,” he emphasized.

“The current visit of the Turkish Foreign Affairs Minister, Ahmed Davutoglu, is related to the consequences of the Syrian crisis and the concerns over forming a Kurdish State in Syria,” he concluded.

Earlier, the Turkish Foreign Minister, Ahmed Davutoglu has arrived in Kirkuk after visiting Erbil.

Davutoglu has arrived to Kurdistan Region on last Wednesday where the Premier of Kurdistan Region, Nijirvan Barzani, has received him in Erbil airport.

Davutoglu has met the President of Kurdistan Region, Masoud Barzani, where they discussed the latest updates in Kurdistan Region and the Syrian situation.

The Iraqi Government and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs criticized the visit and considered it as a violation for Iraq’s sovereignty.
