MP urges to speed up endorsing 2013 federal budget

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) MP Abdul Mahdi al-Khafaji of the State of Law Coalition stressed that “The Iraqi Government resent the draft law of 2013 federal budget to the Parliament some days ago, calling “The Parliament to include it within the agenda of the regular sessions to be approved as soon as possible.”

Khafaji cited that “The delay of endorsing the federal budget negatively affects the performance of the ministries and the state institutions.”

It is worth mentioning that the Iraqi cabinet has approved 2013 federal budget which reached IQD 138 trillion on 23rd, October, 2012.
