New political blocs to join Diyala National Alliance
Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) Some political blocs announced joining the new political Alliance that is formed in Diyala province on Tuesday to participate in the local elections.
The reporter of IraqiNews.com stated “Al-Fadhila Islamic Party, al-Dawa Islamic Party, Iraq organization, The Turkmen bloc and the Peace Organization for the Faili Kurds have joined Diyala National Alliance in order to participate in the upcoming local elections.”
Earlier, some parties within the Iraqi National
The reporter of Iraqi News (IraqiNews.com) stated on Tuesday “Al-Dawa Islamic Party headed by the Premier, Nouri al-Maliki, the Supreme Iraqi Islamic Council headed by Ammar al-Hakim, the National Reformation Trend, headed by the head of the INA, Ibrahim al-Jaafary and Bader Organization headed by the Transportation Minister, Hadi al-Amiri, decided to join one slate to participate in the upcoming local elections in Diyala province.”
The new alliance adopted the slogged “For prosperous, stable and unified Diyala.”
It is worth mentioning that the Council of Minister decided that the local elections for the provinces that are without region to be held on the 20th of April 2013.
