Nijaifi visits Diyala province

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The parliament Speaker, Osama al-Nijaifi, visited Diyala province where he met the Governor of Diyala, Omer al-Hamiri, the head of Diyala Provincial Council, the members of Diyala PC and some local officials.

A statement by Nijaifi’s office received by IraqiNews.com cited “Nijaifi, accompanied by the Finance Minister, Rafea al-Esawi and some MPs, visited Diyala province to be acquainted with the services provided in the province.”

“Nijaifi met some of the citizens and chieftains of Diyala where he discussed with them the problems that the province is facing,” the statement added.

“Nijaifi promised the citizens to discuss their problem and provide the solutions as soon as possible,” the statement concluded.
