Parliament to take procedures against Jaafar for absence from investigation session

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The Minister of Youth and Sport, Jasim Mohamed Jaafar, did not attend the parliament Thursday session which is supposed to involve investigating him for charges related to corruption.

Parliamentary source stated to IraqiNews.com “The parliament is discussing taking procedures against Jaafar for not showing up in the investigation session.”

Jaafar did not attend several sessions specified to investigate him over corruption charges.
