Parliament to vote over candidates for JAC on next Monday
Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The parliament will vote over the candidates for the Justice and Accountability Commission as well as withdrawing confidence from Baghdad Mayor, Sabir al-Esawi, in addition to a number of other law drafts during its next Monday session.
The Parliament rapporteur, Mohamed al-Khalidi stated to IraqiNews.com “The parliament session will start on Monday morning by voting on the members and the head of the JAC.”
“The session will involve a vote over withdrawing confidence from Esawi,” he added.
“Then the parliament will vote over a law draft presented by the Ministry of Woman Affairs in addition to conducting the second reading of a number of law drafts,” he concluded.
