President Talabani holds talks with al-Jaafari

BAGHDAD / IraqiNews.com: Iraqi President Jalal Talabani held on Thursday a meeting with Head of the National Reform bloc, Ibrahim al-Jaafari, according to a presidential statement. “Talks centered on means to foster Iraq’s relations with Arab countries, as Iraq will head the Arab summit meetings, which will be held in Libya,” said the statement received by IraqiNews.com news agency. “The two officials also discussed the latest developments in the country and the ongoing political process,” it added.
