Reconstruction operation needs all efforts, says al-Maliki

BAGHDAD / IraqiNews.com: Iraqi Prime Minister Nouri al-Maliki said on Friday that the reconstruction operation in Iraq faces a great challenge and needs all efforts. “The stage which witnessed security chaos in the country hampered the reconstruction operation,” al-Maliki said while inaugurating Fatma bridge in Karbala, underlining that no reconstruction without politics and security. “The reconstruction operation faces fierce battle and a great challenge and needs all efforts,” the premier said in the ceremony, aired by al-Iraqiya satellite channel.
