Religious Authority Hakim praises Jihad Fatwa against ISIS terrorists

Najaf (IraqiNews.com) The Religious Authority, Mohamme Sayeed al-Hakim, praised the Jihad Fatwa by the Religious Authority, Ali al-Sistani in fighting the ISIL terrorists.
