Religious Authority Najafi prohibits attracting voters by money

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The Religious Authority, Bashir al-Najafi, prohibited attracting voters by money due to its affect on the State.

While responding to a question over distributing money on the voters to get their votes, Najafi said “The nominees are not allowed to attract the voters by money and the voters are banned from receiving the money because they will contribute in spreading corruption in the State.”
