Saad: withdrawing confidence from Maliki to consolidate crisis
Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) MP, Suzan al-Saad, of the Fadhila bloc stressed that “Withdrawing confidence from the Premier, Nouri al-Maliki, by some political blocs will not settle the political crisis.”
She stated to IraqiNews.com “Withdrawing confidence from Maliki in this critical stage will consolidate the crisis,” noting that “All the political sides should adopt the dialogue which is based on exchanged trust among all.”
“Despite the huge number of statements issued by the political sides, we do not achieve any progress concerning the disputes,” she emphasized.
Over the public referendum which is suggested by the head of the Sadr Trend, Muqtada al-Sadr, she said “This referendum needs preparations by the Independent High Electoral Commission.”
“We need permanent and essential solutions rather than temporary,” she concluded.
The spokesperson of the IS, Maysoun al-Damlouji, stated to IraqiNews.com “We managed to get the required signatures to withdraw confidence from Maliki,” noting that “The MPs’ signatures were collected from all the blocs.”
It is worth mentioning that Kurdistan Region witnesses political movement to settle the crisis; among the solutions presented by the political sides in Kurdistan Region is to withdraw confidence from the government.
