Sadr assures not submitting to pressures concerning withdrawing confidence from Maliki

Najaf (IraqiNews.com) The head of the Sadr Trend, Muqtada al-Sadr, announced that he will not submit to the foreign and regional pressures concerning the project of withdrawing confidence from the Premier, Nouri al-Maliki.

In response to question by one of his followers over the statements launched by the Spokesman of the Sadr Trend, Salah al-Ubaidi, over foreign pressures imposed on the sides that singed the request for withdrawing confidence from Maliki, Sadr said “We will not submit except to Allah.”

The prominent sides that called for withdrawing confidence from Maliki are the Iraqiya Slate, the Sadr Trend and the Kurdistani Alliance.
