Sadr calls to postpone demonstrations until after Ramadan

(IraqiNews.com) Baghdad – On Saturday the Sadrist movement leader Cleric Muqtada al-Sadr called his supporters to postpone the demonstrations and prepare for massive demonstrations after the holy month of Ramadan.
The Cleric Moqtada al-Sadr in a statement, said, “The revolutionaries have to leave the party headquarters and prepare to make massive peaceful demonstration after the holy month of Ramadan.”
Sadr added, “It will be better to take a break in Ramadan and postpone all the demonstrations until later.”
