Sadr: Withdrawing confidence not to cause chaos

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The head of the Sadr Trend, Muqtada al-Sadr, ruled out “Breaking a chaos if the political sides withdraw confidence from the government of the Premier, Nouri al-Maliki.

In response to question by one of his followers over the statements launched by some members of the State of Law Coalition in which expected the chaos to take place in Iraq if the political sides withdraw from Maliki, Sadr said “My concern is the supreme goal which is to see Iraq and its people living in peace having all their rights,” noting that “Withdrawing confidence will not cause chaos because it is democratic and constitutional procedure, does democracy means chaos.”

It is worth mentioning that Kurdistan Region witnesses political movement to settle the crisis; among the solutions presented by the political sides in Kurdistan Region is to withdraw confidence from the government.
