SIIC chief updated on political developments

BAGHDAD / IraqiNews.com: Iraqi Foreign Minister Hoshyar Zebari and the head of the National Reform Movement on Wednesday visited the chairman of the Supreme Islamic Iraqi Council (SIIC), who is currently in hospital, to update him on the latest political developments. “Zebari visited Abdulaziz al-Hakeem in a hospital in Tehran to update him on the recent developments in the talks with Iranian officials on several issues of mutual concern,” according to a statement released by the SIIC and received by IraqiNews.com news agency.
