Talabani ends talks, back to Sulaimaniya

KIRKUK / IraqiNews.com: Iraqi President Jalal al-Talabani has returned to Sulaimaniya city following talks with officials in Kirkuk province, according to a media source. “Talabani is expected to arrive in Baghdad this afternoon,” the source told IraqiNews.com. Talabani arrived in Kirkuk, 250 km northeast of Baghdad, on Thursday afternoon, a few hours following a deadly blast that ripped through a restaurant in the north of the city, killing 45 persons and wounding 105 others, according to medics.
