Turaihi: Transferring ministerial authorities to local governments to support Iraq development

Karbala (IraqiNews.com) The Governor of Karbala, Aqeel al-Turaihi, stated that transferring the ministerial authorities to the local governments will help in supporting the development of Iraq.

Speaking to IraqiNews.com, he said “The meeting of the Supreme Coordinative Committee of the Governors and the Chairmen of the Provincial Councils that was held in Basra was to discuss the contestation of the government in the Provinces law No. 21 in 2008.”
