Turkey should respect Iraqi sovereignty, Mutlaq

BAGHDAD / IraqiNews.com:  Iraqi Deputy Premier Saleh al-Mutlaq discussed today with the Turkish ambassador Murad Ozcluk the necessity that Turkey should respect the sovereignty of Iraq and stop military operations in the light of the developing relation between the two countries in political and economic spheres.   In a statement issued by his office, copy received by IraqiNews.com, the Turkish ambassador confirmed the keenness of his country to protect Iraqi lives, respect Iraqi sovereignty and its international borders, in addition to enhancing bilateral economic, services, cultural and scientific relations.   Kurdistan bordering areas are witnessing Turkish and Iranian shelling under the pretext of chasing PKK and PJAK members.
