Turkish Kurdistan Workers Party stops operations during Eid festivities

ARBIL / IraqiNews.com:  Turkish PKK party announced today stopping its military operations against the Turkish government during Fitr Eid, pointing out that its forces will be defensive if attacked.   In a statement issued by the party, copy received by IraqiNews.com, it announced stopping all military operations on this occasion, but will defend itself if attacked.   Many areas in Arbil and Duhuk provinces are under heavy Turkish bombings since the last week for areas, described by the Turkish army, as centers of PKK members who inflicted lately about 30 casualties among the Turkish forces.   Turkey  announced it will continue its attacks against the PKK till stopping their attacks inside  Turkey .
