URGENT / al-Hakim’s body arrives at Baghdad airport

BAGHDAD / IraqiNews.com: The plane carrying the Head of the Supreme Iraqi Islamic Council Abdulaziz al-Hakim’s body arrived at Baghdad international airport on Friday morning. “The official farewell ceremony will begin from the airport to the Bratha mosque,” according to informed sources, noting that the body will be carried after the Friday prayer to Karbala and then to Najaf, where he will be buried. President Jalal Talabani, Prime Minister Nouri al-Maliki, ministers and a number of Arab and foreign ambassadors received the body at the airport. SH (P) 1
