URGENT – Central Criminal Court issues death sentence against ISI elements

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The Central Criminal Court issued a death sentence against three elements within what is called as “Islamic State of Iraq” on Thursday.

A statement by the Criminal Court received by IraqiNews.com cited “The ISI elements are involved in the bombing that targeted the parliament building.”

“The Court issued the sentence against the ISI condemned elements according to Article 4 of Anti-Terrorism Law of 2005,” the statement concluded.

The parliament building was targeted by a car bombing that resulted in killing a person and injuring four others including the Spokesman of the Kurdistani Alliance, Muayad al-Tayib, in 2011.
