Urgent – Kobler arrives to Kirkuk

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The UN Secretary General’s former Special Representative for Iraq, Martin Kobler arrived to Kirkuk province.

Kobler had visited Halabja district in Sulaimaniya province of Kurdistan and met with officials there.

IraqiNews.com correspondent said on Tuesday “The UN envoy arrived today to Kirkuk to meeting its officials.”

The UNSG had announced on last Monday transferring his Special Representative for Iraq to Congo to head the UN Mission there.
