VP in Amman on regional tour

BAGHDAD /Iraqi News Iraqi Vice President Adel Abdulmahdi has arrived in the Jordanian capital Amman as part of a regional tour, a presidential statement said on Thursday. “Abdulmahdi is expected to meet with Jordan’s King Abdullah II to discuss mutual cooperation,” read the statement that was received by Iraqi News. “The meeting will also tackle the political developments in Iraq following the success of he legislative elections and the ongoing political deliberations to form a national partnership government that consolidates security and stability and boosts national unity,” the statement pointed out.
