White Bloc describes Anbar developments as “internal affairs”

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The spokesperson of the White Bloc MP Kadhim al-Shimmery assured that “The latest developments in Anbar province represent internal affairs related to the province rather than others.”

In a press statement to Iraqi News, MP Shimmery said Monday “The events that took place in Anbar province represent an internal affairs related to the people of Anbar,” calling to avoid external interferences in these events to leave “the people of Anbar their disputes internally according to constitution to achieve the interests of their province.”

“When the people of Anbar need help, the Federal Government should interfere and submit necessary support to enable them overcome their problem according to constitution and adopted regulations,” he stressed.

Anbar Provincial Council has voted on Sunday to dismiss its chairman Mamoun al-Alwani due to his absence from the investigation session held over accusations related to corruption in the province to task the Deputy Chairman to replace Alwani till electing new PC Chairman.

Fallujah city of eastern Anbar province witnessed on Monday morning a series of explosions conducted by car bombs and bombs which killed and injured dozens, the majority of them were civilians.
