Zubaidi: All sides wish to get democratic process of Iraq developed

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) First Deputy of PUK Secretary-General Kosrat Rasul Ali received on Tuesday in Erbil the head of Citizen bloc of Iraqi Parliament Bayan Jabr al-Zubaidi and his accompanying delegation.

A statement by the PUK received by IraqiNews.com “After extending his greetings to the guests on Eid al-Adha, First Deputy of PUK Secretary-General Kosrat Rasul Ali said the relations between Kurdistan Region and Baghdad should be friendly and aimed at serving the people of Iraq and Kurdistan Region.”

“In discussing the possibilities ahead of forming the new cabinet of Kurdistan Regional Government, he said all sides hoped for forming an inclusive government in participation of all sides,” the statement added.

“After appreciating the PUK official for his warm reception, Zubaidi discussed the role of PUK in the political process of Iraq and Kurdistan Region, saying all sides wished to get the democratic process of Iraq developed,” the statement concluded.
