Talabani stresses consensus in ruling Iraq

Diala-Qaeda BAGHDAD / IraqiNews.com: President of Iraq Jalal Talabani on Monday stressed the necessity of reinforcing the consensus principle among all political blocs to rule Iraq through a group leadership. This came during his meeting with Ayad Alawi, head of the Iraqi National List secular parliamentary bloc, according to a presidential release.
