New police station in Diala

DIALA / IraqiNews.com: A new police station on Wednesday was opened to the south of Baaquba city, embracing 100 policemen, said the commander of Diala police emergency contingents. “The new police station is in Jawad al-Bsho area of Bohroz district (5 km south of Baaquba),” Staff Colonel Fariss al-Imairi told IraqiNews.com. He added that forces from the Diala police 1st emergency contingent “arrested today a person wanted for affiliation with Al-Qaeda in Iraq (AQI) organization, at al-Gaton area (central Baaquba city).” Baaquba, the capital city of Diala province, lies 57 km northeast Baghdad.
