BAGHDAD / IraqiNews.com: The Iraqi Parliament will vote on an amendment to the law on provincial council elections during its Monday session, a parliamentarian from the Kurdistan Alliance (KA) said today. “Today, the Parliament completed the second reading of the draft law on provincial council elections,” MP Muhsin al-Saadon told IraqiNews.com.
