Executive Board tackles political issues

BAGHDAD / IraqiNews.com: The Iraqi Executive Board met with several committee members to discuss crucial issues on the political scene. “The Executive Board, comprising President Jalal al-Talabani, his deputies Adel Abdelmahdi and Tareq al-Hashemi, and Prime Minister Nouri al-Maliki, met on Monday evening with members of the five committees that have been set up by virtue of an agreement between the four-way alliance and the Iraqi Islamic Party (IIP) to discuss a number of issues…,” according to a statement published on the official site of the Iraqi presidency and received by IraqiNews.com.
