67 entities compete for 31 provincial seats in Thi-Qar

THI-QAR / IraqiNews.com: Director of the Higher Electoral Commission in Thi-Qar on Saturday said that 67 political entities will compete to occupy the 31 seats of Thi-Qar‘s provincial council in the upcoming elections. “There are 1,550 candidates, including 360 women,” Qassim Mohammed Shwel told IraqiNews.com.
