8 killed, wounded in Baghdad blast

BAGHDAD / IraqiNews.com: Eight persons on Saturday were killed or wounded in a blast that occurred in northern Baghdad, according to a police source. “Today, an improvised explosive device (IED) went off in al-Qahira neighborhood, northern Baghdad, killing a civilian and wounding seven others,” the source told IraqiNews.com.
