Sahwa councils could stir sedition, says key legislator DIALA / IraqiNews.com: A senior member (Ameer) of Al-Qaeda in Iraq (AQI) organization, responsible for the AQI’s execution committee in Diala, was arrested on Wednesday, said a source from the Iraqi ministry of defense (MOD). “The Iraqi army 5 th division 18 th brigade arrested Riyadh Wahab Hussein Flayeh,” Staff General Mohammed al-Askari told IraqiNews.com. “The arrest took place in an area to the south of Kanaan in Diala province,” he added.
