Parliament debates civil service law

BAGHDAD / IraqiNews.com: The Iraqi parliament on Thursday started its regular session under Deputy Speaker Khaled Al-Attiya to discuss the civil service law and a number of draft laws. “The agenda of the 24th open session includes the second reading of amending the parliament’s law bill number 50 with the Members Affairs Committee and the second reading of the school’s canteens draft law with the Education Committee,” the parliament said in a statement on its website. “The session will witness the second reading of the draft law to amend the civil service law number 24 in 1960 with the Education Committee,” it added.
