“Dangerous” wanted arrested in Mosul

NINEWA / IraqiNews.com: Forces from the internal affairs directorate in Mosul on Saturday arrested a man believed to be a “dangerous wanted,” who arrived n the city having escaped from the neighboring Salah al-Din province, according to a release issued by the Iraqi Ministry of Interior. “The arrested person came to Mosul from Samaraa suburb,” said the release that was received by IraqiNews.com. The release added that the arrest operation relied on intelligence tips, and that the arrested person was “wounded in the leg, and was captured at one of his relative’s homes in al-Zenjeli area, western Mosul.” Mosul, the capital city of Ninewa province, lies 405 km north of Baghdad.
