URGENT / 23 killed, wounded in Mosul car bomb attack

NINEWA / IraqiNews.com: Six civilians were killed and 17 others wounded when a car bomb went ripped through Talafar district, west of Mosul city, on Saturday, a police source in Ninewa province said. “A car bomb went off today in the area of al-Maarid in Talafar district, (60 km) west of Mosul, leaving six killed and 17 others injured, all of them civilians,” the source told IraqiNews.com. “The casualties will most likely go up,” the source added, not giving more details.
