Iraqi economy has not been affected by international crisis – MOF

BAGHDAD / IraqiNews.com : The Iraqi Minister of Finance (MOF) on Sunday said that the international financial crisis did not affect Iraq’s economy, other than oil prices going down, according to a release issued by his ministry. “Consequences of the international financial crisis did not affect Iraq’s national economy, excluding the fact that oil prices went down from $147 to $45,” Bayan Jabor said in the release that was received by IraqiNews.com. “This requires measures to re-plot Iraq’s economic policies,” he added.
