Iraqis refuse to replace food stuff with money – minister

ARBIL / IraqiNews.com : Iraqi Kurdistan region’s minister of planning on Sunday said that a survey carried out by his ministry showed that the majority of Iraqi families do not want to replace food that they receive according to the food stuff card with money. “The survey embraced 25 thousand Iraqi families; 6,225 of them live in Kurdistan,” Othman Shawani told IraqiNews.com. “This is due to the fact that the majority of Iraqis belong to the poor working category,” he said.
