10 people arrested in Baghdad

BAGHDAD / IraqiNews.com: Iraqi security forces arrested 10 wanted and suspected gunmen during operations launched in separate areas of Baghdad in the past 24 hours, the official spokesman for the Baghdad operations command said on Monday. “Iraqi security forces arrested nine wanted men and a suspected gunman during operations waged in separate areas on Baghdad during the past 24 hours,” Genera; Qassem Atta told IraqiNews.com. “The forces also defused three bombs and seized amounts of weapons and ammunitions,” he added. “A total of 50 displaced families have returned to their houses in the capital,” he also said.
