IED wounds 7 in Mosul

NINEWA / IraqiNews.com: An improvised explosive device blast near an Iraqi army patrol in southern Mosul left one soldier and six civilians wounded, a source from the Ninewa Operations Command said on Sunday. “An IED blast targeted an Iraqi army patrol at the al-Ghazaliya intersection, southern Mosul, leaving one soldier and six civilians close to the explosion scene injured,” the NOC source told IraqiNews.com. “The explosion also caused damage to nearby vehicles and buildings,” he added.
