BAGHDAD / IraqiNews.com: An intelligence agency spokesperson on Monday said that the suicide bombing that rocked Baghdad’s heavily-fortified green zone earlier today targeted the agency’s building. “Two women working for the intelligence agency were among the dead,” the spokesperson told IraqiNews.com. Earlier in the day, Maj. Gen. Qassem Atta, the official spokesperson for the Baghdad Operations Command (BOC), told IraqiNews.com that a mentally-retarded female suicide bomber was detonated by means of remote control near a checkpoint at the entrance of the green zone in central Baghdad’s al-Karada district, leaving three persons killed and 12 others injured.
