Iraq to participate in Arab cycling tournament

BAGHDAD / IraqiNews.com: The Iraqi Bicycling Central Federation on Saturday named Iraq’s male and female teams that will participate in the Arab tournament that will take place in the United Arab Emirates (U.A.E) by the end of December 2008. “More than 12 Arab teams will participate in the tournament, from December 20 to 30, 2008,” Hameed Hamad Salih, the Federation’s Secretary General told IraqiNews.com. “The Iraqi team will consist of 17 male and female players,” he added.
